This is the default position of page title in KartPro theme.

By default, Kart theme will place the Page title block in Page Header region. If it is not placed correctly, place Page title block in Page Header region.

Block Placement

Navigate to: Home > Administration > Structure > Block layout

example.com/admin/structure/block

Now place Page title block in Page Header region and save.
